Classes are offered throughout the year in Basic Fusing Techniques, Tiles, Garden Art, and Seasonal Favorites.
Groups of 6 can be accommodated. I can schedule private groups for birthdays and special occasions.

Class Descriptions:
Basic Glass Fusing
Make tiles, garden stakes or pieces for mosaic projects as you learn the basics of kilnworked glass. This introductory class meets one time for 2 hours, your pieces will be fired and ready for you to pick up the following week.
Fee: $30 plus materials fee
Glass Forming
Slump flat glass projects in molds to make bowls, plates and other curved forms. Class meets twice for 2 hours each session, pieces will be fired and ready to pick up the following week.
Fee: $55 plus materials fee
Glass Ornaments
Learn the basics of fusing while making holiday gifts. This is a popular holiday activity to share with friends and family. One 2-hour class.
Fee: $30 plus materials fee
Glass Powders
Using stencils and found objects, you will add design and color to your glass surfaces. Class meets 3 times for 2 hours each session.
Fee: $95 plus materials fee
Mosaics from Scratch
Using your own fused glass pieces, you will design and construct either a mirror or cement paver for your garden. Class meets 3 times for 2 hours each session.
Fee: $80 plus materials fee
All classes meet in Ballard at Bazaz Glass Studio. Materials fees average $10 – 20 per person.
Groups of 6 are welcome to arrange private sessions or glass parties. Please inquire.
