The 15 backlit glass panels at 4D Architects welcome and guide clients from a lower level parking garage through the upper level offices of their new office building located in Kirkland, WA. Inspired by the geometry of the Golden Mean, each of the backlit glass panels is a composition of luminous color, overlaid with strong line and bold design elements.
The custom steel reception desk is designed to showcase three backlit panels set in a steel and wood framework. The client’s message is a welcoming and engaging entrance, an expression that 4D projects throughout the building.
